Medallion Landmarq , Brampton
The Landmarq is a residential high-rise project in Downtown Brampton. G & L Urban Planners successfully completed the Site Plan Approvals process for this multi-use building comprised of 258 units contained in two 14-storey and 10-storey towers above a commercial podium. Its prominent location on Main Street North is minutes from the existing GO Transit and local bus terminals, shopping and employment. The property also has frontage along Market and Thomas Streets. Using materials such as bricks and articulated rooflines the buildings have been designed to reflect the heritage of the area. Landmarq is a recipient of an Urban Design Award of Merit from the City of Brampton in 2007.
